The hotel was placed in the very central location perfect to visit surrounding areas. Dined at Maccabei, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

Our hotel is set in a very central location just off the center of the city, the train station and Verona. Maccabei, where you can eat lunch, is at walking distance from the venue, loved this place. Having satellite television, climate control, and an individual safe in our beautifully decorated room😃😃

I went there with family for a brief visit to explore the surrounding attractions. The breakfast offered was fantastic with plenty of options to choose from, definitely a highlight of our stay. The rooms were clean and provided a comfortable place to relax after long days of sightseeing. We faced some minor issues with the air conditioning in one room, and the distance from the city made getting around a bit of a challenge without a car.

Internet for high fee, they want to make money on businessmen. No breakfast for free in basic price of hotel. Transport to city 3 times a day with 8 seat car with no garantee of place in car.

The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, often forcing me to sleep with the window open!!!

It's good that you can stay for very little money on the standard rate and you may add services if you want. You have to pay of course.

The tv on my room had a problem with the sound system. I rented a movie hoping it would go away but it did not, so I did not see the movie that has a cost of 10 euro. Next day at check out I mention this to the receptionist (name Karim) but he would not care, he charged me anyway. He told me I should called the reception the day before. He would not understand that at 10 PM very tired and in my pijamas, expecting a technician in my room would not be my favorite plan. He was very impolite and would not give the managers name or his last name to do a formal complaint. Instead he gave me the reception mail for the complaint. Very convenient considering he would be the one receiving it!!

The staff were friendly. The room was spacious, modern, and pristine, with plenty of storage and comfortable amenities like a mini-bar and coffee pot.

Location is a bit far from Verona.

- the menu of the restaurant is small - using the internet is very expensive

staff is very friendly, parkingis free which is not obvious in Italy, breakfast buffet is good, free shuttle to verona center, good price.

the location, ok but that's the reason why it is cheap also. it is in the middle of a commercial area but never mind, verona is 10 mn driving from hotel and there is a free shuttle for hotel guests
